TechWhirl (TECHWR-L) is a resource for technical writing and technical communications professionals of all experience levels and in all industries to share their experiences and acquire information.
For two decades, technical communicators have turned to TechWhirl to ask and answer questions about the always-changing world of technical communications, such as tools, skills, career paths, methodologies, and emerging industries. The TechWhirl Archives and magazine, created for, by and about technical writers, offer a wealth of knowledge to everyone with an interest in any aspect of technical communications.
At about this point in the conversation I tip the bartender and walk out.
I think the most offensive element in this entire thread is the
constant quibbling by both sides of the needless argument. If I've
learned anything from this thread, it's not to bother sharing anything
outside of techcomm with this list. I don't particularly care for a
community in which one person's mistake (for which he apologized)
becomes a springboard for quibbling over the mundane. The apology
landed 18 hours ago, folks. Get over yourselves.
Anyhoo... I'm done until a decent techcomm-relevant thread comes
along. Have fun waving your flags and shouting into your bullhorns.
Available for contract and full time opportunities.
