Thanks to all who're suggesting "wish list" I almost went with it, but
that would come across as snarky. Even though this would be a very
accurate label, it would guarantee that the list would not be taken
seriously. ;^).
I'm looking for something that conveys "You don't have to incorporate
anything on this list, but you're a moron if you don't" -without
negatively affecting my next performance review.
