If this were a job on my resume, then I would consider "Media
Wrangler." I like catchy conversation starters.

Multimedia Content Writer?

Here's a list of ideas, http://www.writejobs.com/cgi-bin/listjobs.pl.

Many job titles are geared to the content of the work, like this job
description for Health & Wellness Writers,
http://www.writejobs.com/cgi-bin/job.pl?job=2684. (I'm not trying to
post an ad for a company I am not affiliated with, I am just providing
an example to make my point.)
