Missing Windows right-click key

Brand new Dell Latitude E6410 running Windows 7. Is it possible that
this thing has no right-click key? (That is,
<http://djbarney.files.wordpress.com/2008/05/right-click-key.jpg>)

Just to clarify, we're not talking about the right mouse key on the
laptop -- that's something else. This is (or was) an actual key on the
keyboard.
