I agree with Nancy's lists, and have a funny story about the use of a single
screen shot in a PDF causing confusion for an end user. When we instructed
the user to click the "X" button in the application's dialog box, the user
kept insisting the button didn't do anything.

This is because he was clicking the picture of the dialog that was embedded
into the PDF, and NOT the actual application dialog.

We all had a laugh over that one, including the end user.
