We deliver print and electronic, but they're different docs. The printed
docs guide the user through the physical setup from unboxing to the point
where the unit is connected and powered up, then the embedded UI
instructions and CD-installed online docs take over. The only duplications
are a POD site that enables users to order no-cost prints of the
CD-installed docs in their local language if it's a legal requirement in
their country, and PDFs of the printed docs that can be downloaded from the
web, because somebody always forgets where they put their paperwork.
