Re: Placement of trademark symbols in single-source content

We put a notice in the front matter that lists all trademarks used in the
document and their owners, including our own.  This constitutes the first
instance of each trademark in the document.  Since most of our products
involve the same partners and trademarks, a standard notice works for all
our documents.
