Hi Claudia:

We include a "legal matter" table on the back of title pages. This table
lists our trademarked product names and logos, may list the trademarks of
others as a courtesy, and includes a general statement about our use of
trademarked names belonging to others.

We never use the symbols in titles, headings, or body text.
