Catching up on email.

Interesting conversation but the issue remains that a landline or house
phone has a very good chance to actually be a VOIP phone. There is no real
way for that 6th grader to know the difference. Our house phone looks the
same as it did 10 years ago when it was a phone company phone.

Both my home and cell will go to a similar 911 center.
