TechWhirl (TECHWR-L) is a resource for technical writing and technical communications professionals of all experience levels and in all industries to share their experiences and acquire information.
For two decades, technical communicators have turned to TechWhirl to ask and answer questions about the always-changing world of technical communications, such as tools, skills, career paths, methodologies, and emerging industries. The TechWhirl Archives and magazine, created for, by and about technical writers, offer a wealth of knowledge to everyone with an interest in any aspect of technical communications.
RoboHelp generates a report of MapIDs as part of the project files, but (and I don't know if this is a programming-language function or not) you should look for HelpTopics.h; it's a text file, but it could easily be converted to CSV for spreadsheet use.

Oops...sorry. But, I would like a flat file... like Excel, etc.
-- What HAT you're using (RoboHelp)
-- What kind of help output you're creating (MS HTMLHelp, ).
-- What language the application is in (C#)

List members are much more likely to be able to help if you specify at least the following:
-- What HAT you're using (e.g., RoboHelp, Mif2Go).
-- What kind of help output you're creating (e.g., MS HTMLHelp, Oracle Help).
-- What language the application is in (e.g., Java, C#).
