Custom Shading Colours in Word 2010

Hello

I am creating a template in Word 2010. I want to apply a specific colour of shading to the top cells in our tables (RGB 195, 233, 245).

Once I apply the shading to the cell, the colour appears in the paint can drop down menu, making it very easy to re-create the shading by clicking the paint can colour. However, when I close the document and open it again, the custom colour that was created gets removed from the paint can drop down. For end users, this would mean they have to enter the specific colour code to get the proper shading, which absolutely will not fly in my company. If we use coloured shading, there needs to be an easy way for users to re-create it...

Does anyone know how to create a custom shading colour in Word 2010 and get it to stay on the paint can drop down menu after closing and re-opening the document?
