A local contractor, Robert Desprez, wrote this blog entry. He's quite web
savvy, so his research is also sound. It would be good to follow up on his
progress.

Robert shared an eye opening presentation to our local STCCWC chapter about
the use of analytics tools to help documentation teams analyze materials and
prioritize topics based on business needs. His insight into mobile
documentation also leads to more discussion.
