I've used Shlomo Perets' UI customizations for FM for years and recommend them highly (microtype.com). With that, you get toolbar buttons for copying para tags, char tags, and conditions, and for repeating the last para command or char command, among many others. Also, shorter shortcuts, like F5 to repeat last char format.
