Does that mean you have your neck tilted up at an odd angle when using
the computer?
No. The opposite problem, actually. The 'down' part of the lenses is wider than normal for bifocals---about 2/3 of the height of the lens---and I have to tilt my head down a little when looking across the desk at someone.
