Good morning!
I am working with a fairly large HTML document that has headings that
are tagged properly, but that has no anchor tags inserted. I have to
create a table of contents for this document. Does anyone know of a
tool that will automatically put the anchor tags in the headings and
that will generate a table of contents? I don't know if a tool like
this exists - I can do it manually if necessary, but thought I'd try
asking here in addition to my own search online.
