I discovered my first big bug today, and when I confirmed it with my testing mentor, I cheered.

I wasn't happy because I laid bare a flaw, I crowed because I was dead certain I had done something wrong.

I was afraid I had misused the application, but I hadn't.

I am now enjoying a moment of vindication while busily composing a bug report for the developer.
