Hi Deborah,
Publisher will give you some better options than Word, but you'll still
find it a bit lacking for super fine control, especially balancing columns.
The latest version to me feels like Word with the publisher interface
slapped on top. That is can do the same stuff as word, the controls are
just laid out differently.
