Not much of a market for Flemish software.

HelpServer is localized for English, French, Dutch, German, and
Japanese. One instance can host all the languages. You can specify a
default language to use when a topic is not available in the current
user's language. There's a side-by-side window UI for translators.

Evaluating this thing I feel a bit like I've somehow gotten my hands
on some software from the future.
