RE: Two-way or 2-way

While I prefer "two-way" (spelling out all numbers less than 10), I will
present my argument for spelling out the numbers then agree to whatever the
person approving my invoices wants me to follow. If it's numbers, then
numbers it is. If it's spelled out, then it will be spelled out.
