I had a quick look at Author-It when I was evaluating HATs about 9 months ago.

I thought it was rather a sledgehammer to crack a nut for my purposes, but if your company is considering single-sourcing ALL your documents (including sales and marketing info, letters, etc.), it is probably a good tool.

I settled with Adobe TCS3.
