What version of Word? Is the document protected? Was the page imported from a protected document? Can you print to a pdf, rather than just save as a pdf? Can you copy from the document and paste to anything else, even text? Can you strip the styles from the document and see if that will print? If you can get the content into any other format, then you can use process of elimination to find out what is protecting that page.
