Fascinating topic for a lecture next week, given in Israel by an Israeli
researcher working in Canada:

"In the course of qualitative research on implementing computerized
medical records for family medicine in Ontario, Canada, it turned out
that various groups of users have developed their own reference guides
for using the software. In this study, we chose to compare the reference
guides that were developed by the users of the software and the official
reference guide of the software manufacturer."
