What's the context for this? Are you writing a report or a business
case? Preparing a presentation?

Why not "show and tell" the before and after of what you do? Is the
"phrase" you're seeking for a job title or an org chart? Or is there a
bigger goal (e.g. justifying your position) to be accomplished.
