Better yet, they immediately send you an email asking if they helped. The last time I called, I had to answer no - and got an immediate callback from a manager who was able to resolve the situation way beyond my expectations.  And this was after 8:00 at night, so I was at a call center rather than at Amazon's usual day-time help.
