Hi Carter...

Looking at your message, the big question mark I have is what your documents look like...  Are they highly structured?  Are they largely boilerplate, with fields of varying data?  It's impossible to sus out a solution without knowing more about the nature of the information.  Yes, the process is important, but the nature of the incoming data and the final product are also very important in this situation.  After all, it seems as though those two are the things that simply cannot change in this situation.
