And, if you are going to visit, simply watch how customers use the product. This can help you figure out not only what to deliver, but how and where. If you did not have permanent writers, you probably did not have permanent usability/UI designnrs, but they approaches they use with live users can be useful in helping us as writers provide more effective assistance.
