The best on the market is Sarah O`Keefe`s Unstructured FrameMaker 8
Publishing Fundamentals book.

Front Runner has been providing FrameMaker training for over 15 years and
this is the book we use as the reference guide of choice for our
participants in training.

I'm looking for a good training manual that covers basic to advanced
FrameMaker- something from FM8 and later.

Thanks,
