My previous suggestion for using the. computer as an iPod was a
friendly jab at my friend Kat, who partied with us in Sacramento.

Along with Margaret and William's suggestions, I recommend using Save
As every few hours and at the end of the day. Save As writes a clean
version of the file.

Save tends to keep a record of all changes, which both increases the
file size AND confuses the application.

I learned this trick from the Aldus PageMaker manual.
