On the website, "Donald Trump..." does appear as a subhead:

Still altogether, it's pretty much a run-on sentence.

Sorry if I'm taking this out of context. Aside from the bad spelling,
is this whole thing a headline? Seems more like a story. Maybe the text
beginning with Donald Trump is a subhead. Still wordy as all get out.
