I don't have any suggestions for the others; however, I know from experience I absolutely hated learning FrameMaker with the Classroom in a Book series. Not only did it feel like a complete waste of time, but when you are finished, the book is useless as a reference tool because everything is task oriented based on the examples provided in the book.
