The last time someone asked me to describe how I do what I do, I did so
quite thoroughly ... and shorty thereafter was laid off so that they could
do their own tech writing.
The good thing, though, was that once I had all of it written down, I was
able to turn it into a semester-long tech writing course that I taught for
years thereafter.
