There shouldn't be any need to say 'button'. Firstly, there shouldn't be more than one component on the page / dialog called 'Continue' to begin with, and secondly, the buttons should be discoverable anyway. If the button _isn't_ discoverable, then that's a job for a screenshot.

If you feel that losing 'button' makes it unclear the instruction refers to the UI, use a style for UI references like bolding or colouring.
