I think even "thumb drive" is falling out of usage. I see mostly "flash
drive" these days. Although, the truth is that there's no particularly
common term, yet. The world doesn't seem to've settled on much of
anything.

Thumb drive is most commonly used today. Memory stick is a bit
antiquated as the actual memory sticks were short-lived (yet another
attempt by Sony to create a proprietary data storage medium).
