I agree, Tony. But I meant helpful in the most general sense, as in adds a couple ideas to the pot.

There's a lot to research in this area, so for me at least, I don't mind getting bits and pieces from different sources. But the recent discussion had a lot more specific detail, yes.

Actually, I found the article speaks in vague generalities, and typical of what I would expect from a (no offense) off shore content farm.

It would have been a far better article if the writer were able to contrast the different business analysts. Our recent Techwhirl discussion was far more insightful.
