Hello everyone,

I'm using Adobe Technical Communication Suite (ATCS) 4. I've linked my FrameMaker project to RoboHelp. I'm converting my FrameMaker project to RoboHelp (in other words, using the single sourcing feature). The conversion seems OK, except for image conversion. When I view the WebHelp project generated by RoboHelp, image quality is degraded (blurry).

This problem is discussed here:
http://blogs.adobe.com/techcomm/2011/06/troubleshooting-framemaker-content-conversion-in-robohelp-%E2%80%93-part-2images.html

I've tried the solutions discussed at this URL. The only one that seems to work is discussed in the comment at the end (about moving the images from the FrameMaker folder to the RoboHelp folder).

Please discuss... Have you experienced this problem? What solutions have you found?

Thanks much!

Keith
