I am blessed to be able to work from home three days a week and I absolutely love it. I can attend meetings via ocs and it makes a HUGE difference to the amount of work I am able to get done each week.
I think that there are only two members of my team who do not work from home at all (both admin/support roles), but the rest of us all keep very flexible schedules and work from home when needed. There are two of us in the team who are in the office two days a week as a rule.
