This is essentially the same page, but in English, with lots of references. Why does it keep getting rejected? I think some of the wiki editors take themselves WAY too seriously...

There are many good reasons to avoid writing this article at all, in any language. That he's succeeded in creating one in Hebrew merely shows that the Hebrew edition is not as widely read nor as carefully edited as some other editions. The major reason to avoid writing the article is that ANYONE can change the article. He has no control at all over the content. In articles that I edit from time to time I have trouble maintaining "stub" links to unwritten articles about historical persons. They get edited out because "nobody has heard of them."

That your director is the one who wants the article is a sufficient reason for any Wikipedia editor to delete it. Who are these editors? ANYONE! You, me, King Harald of Norway, or my brother Fred. I don't know about King Harald, but the rest of that list are active editors.

Here's what Wikipedia says:
