I haven't seen a decent "How to" article about it ... maybe I'll turn it
into a presentation at some point though.

Here are my impressions after working in a quasi-agile environment for 6
years, and a strict agile environment for almost 2:

- Attend the scrums/backlog reviews/reveals and SPEAK UP
- Make sure your stories and tasks are on the sprint and backlog lists
- Make sure that SME Review tasks are on the sprint/backlog lists
- Be prepared to write things piecemeal as they are developed - get SME
time as they are working on things, not afterwards
- If your organization does releases/collections, assemble your pieces
early
