Flare 9, hands down. Let me count the ways:
1. Single sourcing to multiple outputs including mobile web help.
2. Seamless integration with TFS and a couple other version control repositories.
3. Write in the text or XML editor, and view in either.
4. Free Capture for images.
5. Easy to use style sheet.
6. Great support and forums.

That's just the tip of the iceberg. I'm so comfortable with Flare that just the thought of going back to RH is scary.
