I like dealing with newly hired engineers, and the wetter they are behind the ears as engineers, the better I like it. I get to train them on the right way to work with tech writers. Doing a little hand holding and showing them how good documents help them get up to speed on the project that's just been dumped in their laps is an investment in the future.
