Well, in a way the tool set is boring.  Yes DITA, and I happen to use FrameMaker as my editor and my PDF generator.  I store the DITA topics on our source repository, alongside all the other source code for the product.  Delivering my help is as simple as that...  I edit a topic and commit the change on SVN.  So aside from the simplicity and of that tool set, there's nothing remarkable.

The interesting thing is the framework that knows how to read these topics and display them as HTML.  All that happens in the browser as a Javascript application.

I'd be interested in finding out more about your tool set. I'm guessing that you're also working with DITA?

Thanks,
