That's a relay deny message. One of the servers in the relay chain that sends email across the Net has tagged another one as a source of spam and is refusing to accept messages from it.
Try resending. The relay chain is dynamic and the next time it may not happen. If it happens repeatedly, the server that has been tagged for rejection may be yours.
