I had a matias tactile pro a long while ago and it had a wonderful key feel -- but then it broke under warranty (several keys started ddoubblee typpingg) and the company was completely unresponsive. It was pretty disappointing, and I expect better if I'm going to spend $$$$ for a keyboard.
That was a long time ago, though, so perhaps they're better now.
