I haven't had a chance to watch it myself and I'm not sure how long it will be available.

Hint on watching... Skip forwards about 20 minutes to get to the actual talk. I don't have time to watch the whole two-hour thing right now, either, but I absolutely don't have time to watch a lengthy introduction. As the old joke goes, "And now let me introduce a man who needs no introduction..."
