In Flare 10, you can preview a single topic as any of your existing targes. In Flare 10, select preview, then your target from the list. The preview appears in a pop-up and includes all of the page layouts, variables, and conditions assigned to the selected target. You can mouse over the center bottom of the pop-up to see the PDF controls. Save the preview PDF as a PDF file and forward to your reviewers. This is the main way that I send out single topics for review or attach them to JIRA issues.
