This is the downside of embracing content management systems... it's one thing to store all the content in snippets for reuse but it has to be categorized and labeled properly and for the organization to make effective use of it, it becomes necessary for the users to have more than a passing familiarity with each of the snippets. The larger the content database becomes, the more challenging its management and use becomes. I could build a database of content that I am responsible for but doing so in such a way that others could use it adds significantly to the thought process involved. Thus the role of the content strategist.
