A guide to technical writing from 1908

This guide was just shared in one of my technical writing groups in

I thought, I'd share it with the group.
I recommend downloading the file and opening it with Adobe Reader. When
trying to open it through Google Drive, the pages appeared blurry.
I plan on looking at this more after work today.
