Before you do commercially-sensitive diagrams in gliffy, make sure your company's happy with the security level.

http://support.gliffy.com/entries/20042928-gliffy-online-faq#pub says that with the free and basic accounts, your diagrams are public:
"A public document is a read-only version of the diagram that anyone on the Internet can access."

I don't know how guessable the URLs are, or how good search engine spiders are at finding them, but you'd definitely need to check!

Prezi has the same limitation - you just can't use a free account for anything commercially sensitive.
