I agree, but if it helps, it wasn't a tech writer who decided there would
be notes and tips and they would be different. It is a tech writer who is
saying, we only need one of those and forget about the technical difference
that is artificially defined for each.

My hope is to find a real study to present to back up my experience,
education, and training. (Though, this is a minor issue I can live with).
