My favorite [and free] tool tool for any type of side-by-side content
comparison is, NotePad ++ with the "Compare" plug-in. Unfortunately, it can
only compare HTML code, not the rendered content.

If that is okay but you don't want to install NotePad ++, there is also
this excellent and free web compare tool: http://www.diffnow.com

If you need to compared the rendered HTML content, that one seems to be a
little bit more difficult. I found one application (that seems a little
dated) called, HTML match (http://www.htmlmatch.com/)

I'll keep looking for alternatives to visually compare HTML content.
